What a Start!

The Toronto Blue Jays came out swinging, quite literally, against the Los Angeles Dodgers! In an electrifying start, we saw Davis Schneider and Vladimir Guerrero Jr. both hit homers in the first inning, taking an early 2-0 lead. These initial dingers set the tone, and it was a fantastic performance right off the bat. 
A Pitching Masterclass 
Quite the show by our pitchers today! Even against a lineup featuring the likes of Shohei Ohtani, Mookie Betts, and Freddie Freeman, our Blue Jays pitchers were untouchable most of the night. Keeping the Dodgers to just a single run is no small feat. Kudos to our defensive heroes, who earned us some much-needed breathing room throughout the game. 
Securing the Win 
With steady contributions, like Daulton Varsho with a spectacular triple in the 4th, and Bo Bichette's clutch single in the 7th, every player played a role in shutting down any dodger comeback threat. We stayed true and brought our A-game. The icing on the cake was sealing it with another run in the 8th, courtesy of Isiah Kiner-Falefa's contribution. It’s safe to say the Blue Jays paused Tinseltown with their dominance. 
Final score? Blue Jays 6, Dodgers 1. What a thrilling victory and a night to remember! Go Jays Go!
